The Minus Times: Brewed with Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner malt, Hallertau Hersbrucker & Czech Saaz hops. For fermentation, we utilized a Bohemian lager yeast said to be from Carlsberg brewery in Copenhagen. The outcome, we feel, honors the Danish Style of lager. A 4.9% ABV craft beer from Foam Brewers in Burlington, Vermont.
